- How much are the shipping costs?
- A fixed contribution of 6€ (taxes included) will be charged for shipping for orders up to a total amount of 50€. For orders over €50, shipping is free.
- In how many days will I receive my order and how can I track the shipment?
- Your order will be entrusted to the SDA courier. Orders placed before 11.00 am are processed and entrusted to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 am are processed and entrusted to the courier on the following working day (with the exception of holidays and national holidays relating to the Italian state and the Republic of San Marino). In that you will receive by email the information to track your shipment. The expected average delivery times are 24-48 hours from the moment your package is entrusted to the courier.
- What happens if I am not present on the day of delivery?
- The courier will make a further delivery attempt approximately the following day. If it is not possible to deliver the order, the courier will leave a "non-delivery" notice. At this point, your order will be deposited in a SDA branch in your area, and you can therefore go there to collect it.
- Why haven't I received my order yet?
- If you experience problems delivering your order, contact our customer service.
- Is it possible to ship abroad?
- Currently it is NOT possible to deliver outside the Italian territory. We are organizing to enable both the purchase and the delivery also abroad.
- Is it possible to have the order delivered to a point of sale?
- Sorry, but that's not possible.
